  • Pay 20% on Booking (Loan Eligibility will be confirmed and your flat will be Registered)
  • Pay 20% on Plinth Level also known as the Ground Level
  • Pay 20% on completion of All Slabs
  • Pay 20% on Completion of Internal and External Plaster Work
  • Pay 20% just before handing you possession (On receiving Occupation Certificate)

Huge Bargain Plan (Save huge by paying now)

  • This is a unique plan that refers to the needs of home buyer who are looking for a massive bargain and have the capability of self-funding or a requirement for minimum loan.
  • Pay 50% on Plinth Level (Registration will be done in your favor upon receiving the funds)
  • Pay 20% on completion of All Slabs
  • Pay 20% on completion of Internal and External Plaster
  • Pay 10% just before handing you possession (On receiving Occupation Certificate)
