This is an exclusive Lucky Draw Contest for stock of 56 flats only. 14 Shops have not been included in the offer.
This offer is between Sonu Builders and Developers and Purchaser of the flat in Wing F named as “VISTA” of Project Studio High 5 Phase 3. This offer has no other extension and is specific to WING F named as “VISTA” of Project Studio High 5 Phase 3.
This offer is valid from 1st of April 2024 till the above-mentioned stock is sold.
Lucky Draw Products
The Lucky Draw Contest consists a total of maximum 21 products as follows:
- 1(one) Tata Punch Pure MT of max worth Rs.6,13,000/- or any equivalent worth.
- 5(five) Scooty Honda Activa Standard of max worth Rs.78,000/- or any equivalent worth.
- 15(fifteen) ACER TV 43″ 4k Ultra HD LED Advance I Series max worth Rs. 25,000/- or any equivalent worth.
#Note: Prizes may change or alter as per availability in the market. The max worth pricing will not change.
Those who do not win the Lucky Draw Contest shall be handed over cashback vouchers as follows:
- 35 Cashback Vouchers max worth Rs.11,000/- each.
Lucky Draw Callout System
- Lucky draw shall be played for 21 products mentioned above.
- First, we shall take 1 chit each from flat owners and then put in a large bowl on the stage.
- A representative of Sonu Builders and Developers shall be on stage to pick up the chits from the bowl and declare the winner.
- Then we shall callout the prizes in following order.
- 1st Callout: 15 ACER TV 43″ 4k Ultra HD LED Advance I Series max worth Rs. 25,000/- or any equivalent.
- 2ndCallout: 5 Scooty Honda Activa Standard of max worth Rs.78,000/- or any equivalent.
- 3rd Callout: 1 Tata Punch Pure MT of max worth Rs.6,13,000/- or any equivalent.
- 4th Callout: 35 Cashback Vouchers max worth Rs.11,000/- each for remaining flat.
Eligibility Criteria
- Each flat will have only one participant as a representation for its flat. Logic is One Participant for One flat.
- The flat owner must register the agreement within 45 days of booking. Failing to do so on their part will lead to elimination from the Lucky Draw Contest. Booking form will be considered as the main document from where date will be considered.
- The flat owner becomes eligible for the offer only once they complete the 100% payment as mentioned in the agreement. This includes the entire consideration including the maintenance payment as mentioned in the agreement.
- The offer will only be declared once all the 56 units have been sold, complete payment has been received by the builder and possession has been received by the flat owner. The flat owner has read and understood this point clearly leaving no chance to harass builder in an inevitable delay caused on the part of the flat owners. The builder is committed to delivering the above said offer worth its max denomination mentioned above.
Taxes and other charges
- The 4-wheeler passenger vehicle Tata Punch Pure MT (basic variant) base pricing will be covered by the builders. The registration charges, document handling charges, government taxes, insurance and any other relevant charges shall be borne by the flat owner who wins this prize.
- The 2-Wheeler scooty Honda Activa Standard (basic variant) base pricing will be covered by the builders. The registration charges, document handling charges, government taxes, insurance and any other relevant charges shall be borne by the flat owner who wins this prize.
- Delivery timelines are not in control with the Builders. Delay maybe expected by showroom.
Installation Charges
- ACER TV 43″ 4k Ultra HD LED Advance I Series installation charges, if any, shall be borne by the flat owner who wins the prize.
Warranties
- Any claim regarding the above-mentioned products should be directly approached to the respective company and its service centre. Sonu Builders and Developers does not indulge in providing warranty services and shall not entertain the requests of the warranties made by the prize winner.
Non-negotiable Term
- To commence this lucky draw ceremony, it is mandatory that all the above said flats must be sold. Sonu Builders and Developers is committed to handing over prizes on time.
Other Terms
- Sonu Builders and Developers reserves the right to alter or amend the Lucky Draw Contest wherever it is necessary to do so.
- The prizes will be handed over only to the flat owners and will not be given to any third party whatsoever.
- The prize winner shall provide all the necessary documents such as Aadhar card, pan card, index 2 copy or any other relevant document required before handing over the prizes. It is mandatory to validate the documents.
- Prizes will not be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
- The decision of the Company Sonu Builders and Developers shall be final and binding upon the contenders in case of legal issues.
- In the event of multiple flat owner’s name, any one name is important to be filled up.
Indemnity and Authority
I, __________________________________________________________________ the flat owner of flat no. _______ Wing F Phase 3 of Project Studio High 5 have read the conditions thoroughly and understood each and every condition to the last letter.
I, thus, provide my full consent to enter this Lucky Draw Contest with the above said terms and conditions above. I will do my best to complete my payments before 15.12.2024 as per RERA Possession date.
I, authorize and allow, Sonu Builders and Developers to use my name and photos of the event for their promotions with respect to the Lucky Draw Contest.
