Things that will be needed from your end shall be –
- Your Aadhar Card Copy
- Pan Card Copy
- Letter requesting the cancellation of flat stating reasons for doing so.
- Submitting the Receipts.
As per our policy –
- If the customer approaches us within 15 days asking us for a refund, we shall refund 90% of the total transaction amount received by us. Taxes, if any, will be additionally deducted. Date of first successful transaction will be considered as the booking date.
- If the customer approaches us from 15 days – 30 days asking us for a refund, we shall refund 80% of the total transaction amount received by us. Taxes, if any, will be additionally deducted. Date of first successful transaction will be considered as the booking date.
- If the customer approaches us within 30 days – 45 days asking us for a refund, we shall refund 70% of the total transaction amount received by us. Taxes, if any, will be additionally deducted. Date of first successful transaction will be considered as the booking date.
- If the customer approaches us after 45 days asking us for a refund, we shall refund 60% of the total transaction amount received by us. Taxes, if any, will be additionally deducted. Date of first successful transaction will be considered as the booking date.
- In the event of cancellation of the flat after the registration of the flat has been done, we will refund the amount as per the conditions mentioned in the aforesaid agreement.
