Refund Policy

We, at Sonu Builders & Developers work in transparent and swift way to refund your money.

Things that will be needed from your end shall be –

1. Your Aadhar Card Copy
2. Pan Card Copy
3. Letter requesting the cancellation of flat stating reasons for doing so.
4. Submitting the Receipts.

As per our policy –

1. If the customer approaches us within 15 days asking us for a refund, we shall refund 90% of the total transaction amount received by us. Taxes, if any, will be additionally deducted. Date of first successful transaction will be considered as the booking date.
2. If the customer approaches us from 15 days – 30 days asking us for a refund, we shall refund 80% of the total transaction amount received by us. Taxes, if any, will be additionally deducted. Date of first successful transaction will be considered as the booking date.
3. If the customer approaches us within 30 days – 45 days asking us for a refund, we shall refund 70% of the total transaction amount received by us. Taxes, if any, will be additionally deducted. Date of first successful transaction will be considered as the booking date.
4. If the customer approaches us after 45 days asking us for a refund, we shall refund 60% of the total transaction amount received by us. Taxes, if any, will be additionally deducted. Date of first successful transaction will be considered as the booking date.
5. In the event of cancellation of the flat after the registration of the flat has been done, we will refund the amount as per the conditions mentioned in the aforesaid agreement.
