Refund Policy

We, at Sonu Builders & Developers work in transparent and swift way to refund your money.

Things needed from your end shall be –

  1. Aadhar Card Copy
  2. Pan Card Copy
  3. Letter requesting the cancellation of flat stating reasons for doing so.

As per our policy –

  1. If the customer approaches us within 30 days asking us for a refund, we shall refund 80% of the total transaction amount received by us. Date of first successful transaction will be considered as the booking date.
  2. If the customer approaches us after 30 days asking us for a refund, we shall refund 50% of the total transaction amount received by us. Date of first successful transaction will be considered as the booking date.
  3. In the event of cancellation of the flat after the registration of the flat has been done, we will refund the amount as per the conditions mentioned in the aforesaid agreement.
